The location, hotel design, interiors, and room view were all very well done, and the staff were extremely polite and always available. I’m not criticizing, just offering a suggestion: the breakfast buffet organization could improve. When more than the usual four or five couples came to eat, the buffet ran out of items and the two staff members who tried their best were insufficient to manage the room, kitchen, and buffet. The rooms were clean, but the wardrobe needs cleaning on top as well as inside; when we left our suitcase, a lot of dust fell like snowfall. Also, the TV cables and decoder are very unsightly; in such a prestigious hotel, these details shouldn’t be ignored because the property is truly beautiful and welcoming.

The hotel was very clean, but the rooms were smaller than in the pictures; still, as a base it was comfortably adequate. The breakfasts were exceptional, with the option to eat on the inner patio. I didn’t receive information that the water left in the fridge would be treated as a paid minibar rather than a friendly gesture. It wasn’t a problem for me, but that info would have been helpful.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring nearby cities and beautiful beaches. The staff and cleanliness are outstanding. The breakfast is the same every day, a bit bland; later guests found a poorer selection than those who arrived at opening, and compared to an Italian hotel there were only sweet pastries. The sofa bed in the living area of the apartment is very unstable, so it may not be comfortable for an adult. The room lacked a coffee maker, kettle, and iron. The shower was old and outdated, often not working and frequently turning suddenly to cold, which is very uncomfortable with young children.
