The staff were super friendly and helpful! The location is good, close to the riverside where you can find many bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the city centre is also reachable on foot. The only issue was that there was light in the room early in the morning; better blinds would help if you’re sensitive to light while sleeping – I’d recommend bringing a mask.
The staff were friendly and the overall cleanliness was pretty good, but even after we asked in the morning the towel change never happened, and on another day the trash wasn’t taken out.

The location is great for reaching Vienna’s centre on foot in about a half‑hour stroll, and the breakfast is abundant and varied, offering all kinds of dishes for every taste. I might have liked more options for how the eggs were cooked (they seemed to be only hard‑boiled), but I understand it’s hard to manage with the staff numbers. The personnel were very attentive and courteous, and the cleanliness was excellent. The only downside was the lack of disabled parking nearby.
