Jackie at the front desk was a gem, fixing our reservation mess so quickly. Everything else was fine.

The pool was out of order. The carpet in the suite area was dirty, looking like partially cleaned vomit on the sofa, with a large dirty spot elsewhere. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold.
