The hotel was spotlessly clean, which was a big plus.
The room itself was a bit on the small side, but it was clean and had a nice bathtub and amenities.
The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my stay really enjoyable.

“移動に便利”
Close to the station. It would be nice to have rice, miso soup, and tamagoyaki for breakfast.
“コスパ良し!”
The room was tidy, but the fridge lacked a freezer compartment and there was no USB charging port.
“こちらの不注意で迷惑かけましたが…”
The front desk staff were incredibly courteous and kind, yet I was disappointed that the room lacked a night‑light, although overall it was comfortable.
I felt safe because the place was clean and the access to Shin‑Osaka was good.
“もう使いたくない”
I bought breakfast for 800 yen, tried to pay with PayPay but it kept failing, so I handed over 5,000 yen in cash and only got 200 yen back; the staff on the morning of the 9th at 8 am looked like they were from India, Nepal or Pakistan and behaved like a scammer, and I have no intention of returning to this hotel—there was even a Japanese guest nearby who seemed to be in on it.
