The location is very beautiful and peaceful in a well‑kept garden where you can sit outside. Levanto station is a 10‑minute walk, the town centre 20 minutes. Parking on the property is easy. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide range of sweet and savoury homemade dishes that change daily – a nice twist on the usual limited Italian breakfasts. A storage space for luggage in case of early arrival or late departure would be handy.

We liked the location and the extreme kindness of the staff. The property is quiet, which was fortunate because we could hear the neighbors sneezing! Watch out for your small box on the door handle: no housekeeping on the last day.

Exceptional welcome – Rudy and his wife are very available and give good advice to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast is perfect with local, plentiful products. The accommodation is very clean and pleasant. It’s truly a 5‑minute walk to the station. We parked our car all week in the free private parking and visited the 5 terre and Tuscany only by train.

It’s located in the middle of nature yet still close to services (train) and only 15 minutes from Levanto centre. You can see the love in the little details they put into everything.
