Very cozy and stylish guesthouse. Everything is well thought out and chic. Thanks to staff Sofia, who speaks good Russian and prepares tasty breakfasts. I also liked the great view from the window and the comfortable mattress. There were no slippers or shower gel shampoo, but it didn’t affect my stay.

The guesthouse was cozy, tidy, and peaceful, with a great spot near the metro and Fabrik. Coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores were close by. A shared kitchen and laundry option were big pluses. The host was friendly and cooked an excellent breakfast; the fridge was handy for early departures to day trips or the airport. I’d stay again and recommend it. The only downside was that the front door to the corridor sometimes stayed open, and even with the keypad code, it took a moment to open.

This place is adorable! I wish I’d booked a longer stay. The room was excellent, the shared area was spacious and snug, and the balcony was huge with plenty of seating spots—everything looked so stylish.

A very pretty spot just a street away from Frabrika. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the place was clean. Breakfast could be ordered and it was amazing.

I liked the location and walked a lot. The room was clean. There’s a shared kitchen and a fridge. Coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. The price‑to‑quality ratio is good, everything is great. The lock on the entrance door was inconvenient; we had to open it together. The stairs are steep and there’s no elevator, which is a lot for people with mobility issues or leg problems.
