“Disappointed”
The hotel was close to the beach. Noisy room very close to the street, we have beentravellingwith a toddler. Paying extra money if you need a kettle, beach towels, slippers even for the safe box if you want the key you need to pay extra per day. During our stay we had the same bedsheets even though it was sand on them. On the last day we had late flight and ask the if it's possible to have late check out for 50€ (we didn't ask it for free) and we got 3 different stories.at the end saying that the don't have room avaliable although was showing that they still have rooms. At least be correct with clients and tell the truth, you're keeping the rooms because this is the agreement with the agency. So we ended up outside at 12 in the sun with a 19 months toddler trying to put her to sleep in the pram.last day was long in the sun with poor sleep and ended up throwing in the airplane. I would advise be more emphatic with families who are traveling with babys. It's not easy to stay outside or in the hallway with them a full day. Unfortunately we didn't have option to have an earlier flight
