The accommodation was excellent, with a unique historic atmosphere and impressive paintings and frescos by Balthasar Riemenschneider that made the stay a special cultural experience. It was lovingly restored, stylishly furnished, and full of history, so I recommend it without reservation. The only drawback was the limited storage space for clothes; more pockets or drawers for shirts and underwear would have noticeably improved comfort.

The room was good and the waitresses were very friendly, yet the pool area lacked a toilet and changing room, you had to haul luggage up stairs and walk a long way, a light fixture was broken, the napkins were cheap, and the bar was closed from 18 to 20.

We had a wonderful stay with no complaints: a great air‑conditioned room with a large balcony overlooking the mountains, Tramin, and the garden; the garden itself had a pool and plenty of lounge spots; the wellness area in the basement was excellent; the breakfast buffet was superb – everything we wanted was there, thanks to the outstanding service from start to finish. We’ll definitely come back, thank you!

Everything was perfect – you walk into a beautiful garden with a stunning view upward, everything is lovingly arranged and well maintained. All staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and considerate. The breakfast was fantastic, leaving no wish unmet. We’re absolutely thrilled with this small, wonderful hotel and will definitely return. There’s nothing to complain about!

The building is very pretty with an inner garden and pool, lovingly restored and designed, set in a beautiful landscape. The prices, rooms, and atmosphere are clearly “adult only,” which is even more irritating because a group of boisterous, ball‑playing children occupied the pool for hours. Swimming, relaxing, or reading a book in the entire garden area was impossible. The bells of the nearby church rang very early and every fifteen minutes, which was a problem for late sleepers.
