“Nice place to stay if you’re good with plenty of walking”

The place was very clean and the facilities were good, including a fridge and a hair dryer. It was odd that we could only contact the property via WhatsApp, but that worked and the staff were very nice and available. The shower was a bit small and tricky; we had to wait for warm water and it sometimes cooled down for reasons we didn’t know. The location was not close to the main attractions, but the Vatican museum was nearby and we enjoyed walking.

The apartment was wonderful, modern, and very comfortable, right near the Vatican. We loved the fantastic location, the clean and comfy room, and the street had nice cafés, restaurants, ice‑cream shops, and other stores, some right next door. The owner’s communication and useful tips were very helpful, and getting to the room was easy. We could walk to many sites because it’s close to the center, and there’s a metro station 8‑10 minutes away if needed. Overall we had a fantastic experience in Rome and really liked this apartment, so we would recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you for everything, Lefcos & Julia. The only small downside was the Wi‑Fi, which didn’t work very well at times.

The location was good, the people were welcoming, and the lady downstairs was very friendly and helpful! The service was lacking; we thought we had booked a hotel room, not an Airbnb.

“Top Lage Nähe Vatikan”

Wonderful room in a top location! Everything ran smoothly without staff or any personal contact. It was basically a room in an apartment in a house, which felt like a small maze until we finally reached the room.

The self‑check‑in was smooth, with clear instructions on how to access the room, so even after a late 3 am flight we slipped in without a hitch. The room was spotless and stocked with everything we needed: mugs, coffee, a kettle, glasses, wine glasses, a corkscrew, a hair dryer, a set of toiletries, and slippers. A fridge already had chilled bottled water waiting for us. A big plus was the option to store luggage after checkout and the owner’s quick, friendly replies to messages. Though the spot is central—just a 10‑minute walk to the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo, plus nearby cafés and restaurants—the rooms stay quiet and peaceful.
