We stayed at this hometel and it was a solid choice—clean, cozy, and comfy, right by the church, SM, the public market, and 7‑Eleven. Ken, the owner, welcomed us immediately, was very helpful, and even handed out a list of tourist spots that turned out to be a real bonus. Definitely a spot to pick if you want a convenient, comfortable place.

The hotel is only a short walk from the funeral home, which was convenient. Unfortunately, when I tried to confirm my second reservation, the property said it couldn’t find it and treated me as a no‑show, while the staff got noticeably belligerent about the issue. The room itself was a mess—sewage smell, leaks, and the AC location was nowhere near what the listing described.

My parents appreciated the wheelchair‑accessible room; it was clean and roomy. They would have liked the reservation to include free breakfast, but at least there was hot water for coffee and a small fridge to keep their drinks.
