I just registered and entered the room, only to see the curtains and the fixed iron bars fall down, plus a hole in the ceiling; I immediately left the room, went downstairs to the reception, and the staff told me there were no rooms to swap, insisting I file a complaint online and demand a refund. The same issue is why I’m unhappy.
