“Gut gestartet mit einem eher schlechtem Schluss”
The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave early because of family issues, and we still had to pay the full price. The room was very cold and full of stink bugs.

The staff were very friendly, and the location was beautiful, but the weather didn’t cooperate.

The staff were friendly and the décor was lovely. There was no spa as advertised, only a hammam, and the rooms were poorly sound‑proofed.

The place was quiet and had a rustic style. The lack of an elevator was a downside.

The staff were very attentive and helpful; even our early breakfast request was granted, and they responded quickly after we mentioned it in the evening. The hotel is quiet and has a play area and a game room for kids. The surroundings were infested with bugs even on the outer walls. The hotel is in the forest, so spiders, butterflies, etc. are somewhat expected, but the black‑eyed bugs were a different issue. Breakfast started a bit late (08:00); even though we were in the lounge at 8, a few items including eggs were still being prepared. If you’re traveling for work, pay extra attention to the breakfast timing.
