Check‑in was automatic. The room had no window.

The location was good, but the room felt more like a prison cell with better ventilation; I had to use a noisy fan on a timer to reduce the muggy air, and the paper‑thin walls let me hear people chatting and TV noise well past 23:00. I expected at least a window for £50.

The place is very close to the train station, city centre and the beach, all within walking distance; the kitchen is well equipped with microwaves, induction, an oven, and dishes, which is impressive. The downside is the noise coming from other rooms.

The property’s proximity to the railway station and ferry, along with the cleanliness of the linen and towels, were positives. I was disappointed that the room had no natural light or fresh air, and that there was no sachet of regular coffee even though there were several tea bags.
