Hello, I’d like to share my experience from staying at Lodge La Fandainoise. Positive aspects: a warm and attentive welcome; delicious meals—dinner and breakfast were exquisite, service impeccable; the bedding was superb, we slept like babies; the setting was paradise‑like with garden furniture, pergolas, swings, and hanging garden swings. We loved the water fountains, fish pond, pool, courtyard, and the bike‑walking option. Negative points: pool safety—stairs joints need checking/repair; room had humidity and mold—installing a VMC is recommended, two fine salt containers behind the sofa and under the bed could absorb moisture twice a week; weekly cleaning of damp walls with baking soda and white vinegar would slow mold growth; shower area—drainage for shower and sink needs cleaning (hair present). I hope these comments help improve your establishment, whose setting and service deserve praise.

The setting is natural and calm, staff welcoming, good value for a suite. A long water and electricity outage early in the morning on the day of my departure, and the pool and external visitors were an issue.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, well equipped, and the bed very comfortable. We especially liked the pool with many seating and lounging options. The pool bar and the restaurant bar created a relaxed atmosphere. The food was very tasty, especially the Dibi chicken we recommend. The room service and the provision of fresh towels on request made our stay very enjoyable. No significant criticisms; we were fully satisfied with our stay.
