The staff were enthusiastic and attentive; cleanliness was lacking.

The staff were enthusiastic, but the sleeping area had a lot of mosquitoes, it felt like a converted apartment building, and I won't return.

The staff greeted us warmly and the hotel restaurant served excellent food for our meal.

I booked this place hoping for a hotel experience, but it turned out more like a homestay, which the listing never said. That was a let‑down because it didn’t match what I paid for. On the first night there was a strong, unpleasant odor in the room that made staying very uncomfortable. I asked for a change and was moved to a 4‑person room instead of the 5‑person room I’d booked, yet I was still charged for the 5‑person room, which felt unfair. There was also no lift, so getting to the room with luggage was hard. All in all, the stay didn’t live up to the description or the price. The listing should be updated to show exactly what type of accommodation and facilities guests can expect.
