The room was clean and nice! Breakfast had a wide variety. The check‑in kiosk had a queue, and the machine was confusing for some people, so the counter staff just watched. It would have been better if they could have helped those who were stuck in line to make the process smoother.

Free breakfast and dinner were tasty. The person I asked to arrange a taxi in the morning was indifferent.

I was about to head to a convenience store because the nearby okonomiyaki shop was closed and there were no other restaurants close by, but the hotel served curry in the evening, which was a lifesaver. The staff were also very courteous.
