We stayed there for about 4 nights, left, and headed to Bangkok, but we never got a refund for the remaining nights we didn't use; they said refunds were not possible. The place had old furniture and the bathroom facilities were subpar; the bathrooms were dirty and the tiles were filthy. We had to bring our own bedding because the provided sheets were unsatisfactory.

The location is excellent—close to the bus terminal, restaurants, malls, the beach, and public transport is easy to reach. The pool is very inviting.

The property is well located, peaceful, and calm. The staff are good, and breakfast is offered until 2 pm with no time restrictions. Everything was fine.
