“Decepcionada”

The beach is wonderful—feet in the sand, a bar, sunshades, and great service. We’ve been to Ocaporã more than four times and it’s always great, but this time we were disappointed. The place was crowded, almost like a sale of packages, the hotel was dirty, staff were less friendly than usual, the lobby was packed on arrival, the food stayed cold despite complaints, there were queues at restaurants, and walking to an all‑inclusive second‑class hotel was a hassle. What eased the setbacks was the help from staff like Juliana, Dayane, Bia, Aline, and the manager who tried to explain things at check‑out.

“Muito boa!”

The location is excellent and the staff are attentive; the Wi‑Fi is good and there are plenty of entertainment options for kids and families. The food is superb with different dishes every day, and the beverage selection is also very good. The trip was unforgettable and I would definitely return. The main pool had murky water that looked dirty, so people avoided it; it might need a review. I also bought the package in US dollars because I live abroad, and when the hotel charged in reais there was a sharp currency swing that increased the cost by about $300. The booking site and hotel need to urgently fix this billing issue to ensure what was charged at reservation is what’s actually paid, without inflating the cost.

“Bom, mas precisa de atenção.”

The restaurant’s layout faces the sea, so every meal comes with a stunning view. The deck is gorgeous, and the beach is good for adults; I’m not sure about kids. Everything in the hotel is close by because it’s a compact property. The ice‑cream shop is amazing—there’s a coconut crumble topping that makes the calories worth it. Night shows are lively, the cocktails are well mixed, and the food is varied and tasty. The towels, however, are beige with a brown, old‑fashioned look, small, and not up to the hotel’s standards; I had to ask the room attendant for extra ones because one wasn’t enough to dry my body and hair. The beach towels were of higher quality than the ones in the room. The bathroom feels old, with a wooden ceiling that looks disgusting, and the shower water kept leaking. The whole hotel is on wooden walkways, and the cleaning and gardening staff start early; the noise from carts on those wooden paths woke us every day. The gardening crew was trimming the plants by my room’s door at 6 am. I opened the door and asked, and he replied, with all respect, that it was his job at that hour—this is the management’s fault!

“Hotel com sistema All Inclusive que cumpre o que promete.”

No geral prestam um bom atendimento e o local tem infraestrutura de piscina e é beira mar. As refeições são fartas, mas poderia ter uma logística melhor no buffet. Não gostei da localização do quarto que agendamos com bastante antecedência. Não há muito que fazer fora as piscinas
