Ik heb met de B&B houdster gesproken. Over een flinke aantal verbeterpunten. Ontvangst, gebreken op de kamer, hygiëne en geluidsoverlast binnen de B&B. De locatie van de B&B is top. Ze kan er wat van maken. Maar als haar persoonlijke situatie niet drastisch verbeterd! Op dit moment is het ronduit een slechte B&B

We booked three rooms based on the photos on the site. On arrival we were made to wait over an hour because the host explained a mistake had occurred and our rooms weren’t ready. After the wait she showed us a nice room that matched the photos. The other two rooms had sagging ceilings right over the beds, so you couldn’t sit on the bed without hitting the walls. Besides the bed, the rooms had nothing else—white walls, a small window, and that’s it. The shared bathroom for the three rooms was on the same floor. While we were looking at these awful conditions we discovered that on the same floor there are people with a large dog, which we had not been warned about! One of my friends is allergic to dogs, making the situation even more unacceptable. After we declined to stay in those two rooms and left to find another place, the owner told us the dog‑owners had left. When we returned to the hotel to return the keys and pay for the third room, the owner came out of her room with the SAME DOG! Despite everything, she refused to refund us for the pre‑paid rooms. Extremely disappointing experience! The photos don’t reflect the real conditions in two rooms, we lost over an hour waiting, we weren’t warned about the large dog, and in the end we were left without a refund for the rooms we declined. I do not recommend this place.

“Мръсотия и ужасно отношение”

Чакахме за настаняване 40мин на улицата, за да ни “изчистят” стаята. В мивката имаше пясък, в тоалетната урина, подът беше мръсен, в леглото косми от предишните гости, в шкафовете косми от куче и други мръсотии. След обаждане от наша страна на собственичката не получихме разбиране, дори ни изгониха, за да не оставим лош коментар. Държа се грубо и обиждаше майка ми по телефона и я убеждаваше да анулираме резервацията. В крайна сметка получихме “почистване” пускане на казанчето и мивката
