The staff were very friendly and the location was central, but there was an awful amount of traffic noise. This place is not a hotel. The breakfast was brought to the room on a hill. There was an incredible amount of traffic noise, even on the 5th floor.

VERY DANGEROUS IF YOU HAVE HEALTH CONDITIONS. ITS ON THE FIFTH FLOOR. THE LIFT ONLY OPERATES IF THE PREVIOUS USER CLOSES THE DOORS. WE WERE LEFT TO WALK UP 5 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS IN NEARLY 100 DEGREE BECAUSE OF THIS. MY HUSBAND HAS COPD AND CAUSED HIM IMMENSE DISTRESS. WE HAD TO ATTEND THE DOCTORS WHEN WE RETURNED HOME. WE HAD TO LEAVE TWO DAYS EARLY BECAUSE OF THIS. WE ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR THE TWO NIGHTS WE COULDNT STAY. THEY WILL NOT REFUND AS “That’s how most lifts are in Italy” ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING TREATMENT FROM THE HOTEL. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY VERY POOR ALSO. EVEN IF WE DIDNT HAVE THE PROBLEM WITH THE LIFT.
