“This is not worth $200 a night for a room. Especially when you don’t have any hand soap for washing hands. It’s a rip”
The staff were friendly, but they didn’t have any soap bars in the room for washing hands at the sink.

The room was clean, but the door kept slamming shut at night and other rooms had the same issue, causing several late‑night phone calls. Breakfast was disappointing: the food was cold, there was no juice, coffee, or water, and the young staff member was on her phone the whole time while we had a cold breakfast without drinks.

The service was good.

The location was great, but the breakfast lacked variety—cereal containers were empty, the fridge with milk and juices was not cold enough, and utensils were scattered around the dining area. Adding bananas, oranges, and apples would help guests with gluten allergies who prefer fruit.

The location was spot on, but the breakfast fridge didn’t hold enough juice, milk, or water, and the utensils were scattered around the dining room instead of next to the food.
