“Przyjemny pensjonat z miłym personelem”
Everything was quite calm and quiet, and the coffee was very good. The door locks in the room were broken.

A huge room, friendly ladies and gentlemen at the front desk, good food, parking space was decent.

The hotel was fine for a night, they accepted our dog which was great, it was clean which mattered a lot. It’s a cheap, straightforward place. The main building is okay, but the side building is a disaster and I don’t recommend rooms there because even though you can sleep, it gives a bad impression. The mess in the front desk management was a minus – we got a room with two single beds instead of a double bed plus one single (important because I was with my partner). Also there was a quarrel in the morning by the window… At night there was a wedding in the restaurant but it didn’t disturb us much (except that guests left and talked loudly outside the restaurant; the apartment directly above the hall was surprisingly quiet, so it was okay). Breakfast didn’t entice me, so I didn’t use it; it looked poor and was expensive. The location is okay for a car, though Turowska, where the hotel is, was for many years the worst street in Bogatyń. In the better room in the main building we were even somewhat satisfied, but the first night we spent in a side building and that was bad, especially since Booking promised a different one and I feel they threw us there as part of some creative guest distribution or by mistake. They could change those weird beds with odd mattresses, because they’re oddly high and only moderately comfortable but livable. The worst thing was that in the first room we got, one of the mattresses on the single beds was sagging and very uncomfortable.

Nic. Hałas trwał do późnych godzin nocnych i praktycznie uniemożliwił sen.

Cleanliness, the photos on Booking don’t reflect what we found, the property needs a major overhaul, the food didn’t taste good.
