The reception welcomed us very nicely, smart and clean. The room was bright, very clean, spacious, and had a nice sofa. Breakfast was also good. Nothing to dislike.

The hotel matched its online description: clean and located in a decent part of town. I arrived late and was told I could get a late check‑out at one or two o’clock, and that all I had to do for breakfast was come to the lobby and order it. It turned out breakfast wasn’t included, so when I asked if I could charge it to the room I was told that wasn’t an option. I’d left my wallet in the room and had just broken my ankle the day before, so I was on crutches and my armpits were hurting badly; I didn’t have the energy to go back to the lobby for breakfast, which was the most tedious thing I’ve ever heard: “I can’t charge a meal to my room.” After that, I was told at check‑in that I could have a late check‑out at 1 or 2 o’clock, but the next morning, after the breakfast situation, I called the front desk to confirm the late check‑out and they told me it wouldn’t be available. I’m not sure why I was singled out when staying at a nice or semi‑nice hotel, but I guarantee I will never stay there again.

I liked the room layout and the parking. The hallway was hot, and the shower wasn’t clean because the previous guest’s towel was still hanging between the curtains. The bed had a stain that looked like a smile near the headboard.

Booking online was very easy. The location was great. Check‑out time was noon. The room was clean. There was no bathtub—only a shower. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. The refrigerator only cooled if we pushed a button every two hours. The pillows on the bed didn’t seem to be the same quality as in most other hotels.
