“Adequate but was afraid of slipping entering and exiting the shower.”
Good overall, but a grab bar in the shower would improve safety for entry and exit.

Great free breakfast, but there was no free coffee in the lobby.

We’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn Express about 24 times over the last twenty years, and our extended family has used it for two gatherings because I recommended it. We like the location, the facilities, and the staff. I was disappointed that the hotel recently changed its policy to remove in‑room coffee makers unless requested, a detail noted in small print on a small sign. The new coffee brand was not as good as the old one. We won’t stay there again, and there are plenty of other hotels in the area to choose from.

It was very clean, the staff were friendly and efficient, and I would definitely stay there again.

The design was modern, the cleanliness was high, and the fixtures and towels were of good quality. It was very quiet and everything worked well. The bedding was set too low and needed to be closer to the pillows.
