We only stayed for one night, so we didn't need much; the hotel sits very close to the train station yet it stays quiet, the room was spotless and had everything we needed—towels, basic toiletries, and a hairdryer—and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The location is very good, right by the central train station and within easy walking distance to Berlin’s main attractions; however, I booked a double bed but the room arrived with two twin beds pushed together.

The place is in a good spot and everything was clean; I liked that my room had an ensuite bathroom and the staff were friendly, but it had no curtains so I couldn’t keep privacy, I was in a girls‑only room, and every time someone flushed the toilet I could hear it everywhere.
