“Bad stay experience”

The location was amazing, yet the room was extremely dusty—carpet, webs, and spiders made my wife and baby ill. I already mentioned this, and with a 1‑year‑old we were given cod that was also dusty. The fridge didn’t work, so we had to call maintenance to set it up. All of this ruined our trip; it was my baby’s first birthday and our anniversary.
