Super quiet location, no direct neighbors. Great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time there. Minor issues were fixed immediately and the staff were friendly and always available. A rental car is essential; you can park right on the vacation apartment grounds. The tiles around the pool were very sharp and required extra caution, and the dishwasher didn’t clean quite properly.

I stayed at a very, very great finca that was top‑class, fully equipped, and modernly furnished. Everything we saw was superb, and we would definitely return. The bathrooms were excellent, the rooms were lovingly prepared in advance, there were plenty of towels, the washing machine worked wonderfully, and the pool was also fantastic. Overall, it was an exceptionally good stay—thank you! Anyone looking for peace will find the right spot here; apart from a few dogs (which are everywhere), it was truly damn quiet. The location—right in the middle of the island—was another advantage, as we could drive quickly to anywhere. Sa Pobla offered plenty of shopping options, and Buger had a recycling point for waste disposal, making logistics a great deal :) Thank you again! We would book anytime. A few small things could be improved: one morning a man appeared in our garden and cleaned the pool, which startled one of our ladies; this should definitely be announced beforehand. A table‑tennis table would be a nice addition to the finca. We couldn’t control the outdoor lighting ourselves; while I understand the remote‑control aspect completely and 100 % agree, I still missed the ability to turn the lights on/off independently.

The villa is almost in the center of the island, which is a big plus if you want to explore various corners of Mallorca. The modern renovation, very clean accommodation with all conveniences—washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, hair dryers in each shower, air conditioners, smart‑home system—was impressive. All necessary kitchen utensils were present (except the cutting board, which made things difficult). A special thanks to the manager who was always in touch 😊 What was missing: 1) Trash bins on the villa grounds. Leaving trash in a bag in the courtyard was impossible because at night it would spread across the whole yard, either by cats or goats that live nearby 🤪 So we kept it in the kitchen (and we had a lot of it because the group was large) and every morning started with the quest “Find the trash bin in the nearest village.” You know, driving around with trash in the car was another pleasure 🤢 2) Household chemicals. When we checked in that evening, we didn’t even have a dish‑washing liquid, let alone dishwasher capsules. The same went for laundry detergent and toilet paper (there was only one roll per bathroom for the entire stay). It’s not critical, but it would add hospitality and a sense of care for guests ☺️
