The location was good, with several bars downstairs and plenty of tasty food nearby. You have to bring your luggage up to the second‑floor front desk for check‑in, but the staff were helpful and offered to carry it. The Wi‑Fi signal was weak.

The spot is close to many Lisbon attractions, walkable to almost everywhere, and surrounded by shops and restaurants; the staff are attentive. However, the noise from downstairs between 22:00‑3:00 was intense—people shouting and loud music from far away—and the stairs are steep and narrow, so watch out if you have large luggage.

We liked how close it was to the center and how well it was connected to trams, buses and the Chiado metro station. The room was super clean and the receptionist was very nice when we checked in. No one told us there was no elevator, so we ended up on the second floor; after traveling many hours by bus it was hard to haul luggage up two floors. The shower didn’t drain well, you had to shower very quickly because the drain filled up fast and it turned into almost a pool.

The staff were very friendly and the check‑in went smoothly; the location is close to many sights and easy to get around. The room we stayed in was on the street side and the noise at night was loud; earplugs would have helped if you can’t sleep easily.

The spot is great and the metro is easy to reach, but the rooms are small and face an inner courtyard.
