I was really looking forward to a smooth checkout process, but things took a turn for the worse when the main power went out around 10:30 AM. The hotel seemed to be handling it pretty well, but it was still frustrating to have to wait around for the electricity to come back on. On the plus side, the staff were helpful and the room was spotless, which made the inconvenience a bit more bearable. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown, especially since we'd been planning to get going early.

Nothing!. My booking was confirmed on Booking app, after reaching the property the Receptionist said no booking is confirmed. Yet lots of ppl have checked in after our arrival

This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. We were greeted by a gruff receptionist who seemed put off by our presence, and things only went downhill from there. The room was tiny, with a bed that looked like it belonged in a hostel, and the 'en-suite' bathroom was basically a glorified closet with a toilet and a sink crammed into it.

The room was neat and clean & Location was good. The room booked was not made available to us. There were no mats outside the toilet and toiletries as displayed in site photo was available , there was no facility for coffee in the morning

This property was absolutely perfect for my solo trip! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. My room was fantastic – spacious, well-appointed, and spotlessly clean. It provided a real sense of comfort and relaxation after a day of exploring. As a solo traveler, having a comfortable and safe space is especially important, and this room delivered perfectly. The location was ideal. I was within easy reach of all the attractions I wanted to visit, as well as great restaurants and shops. Despite being centrally located, it was also quiet and peaceful, providing a welcome respite. Breakfast each morning was a real treat. The variety and quality of the food were excellent, providing a perfect start to my day. Overall, I had an exceptional stay. The staff were outstanding, the room was superb, and the location was ideal for exploring. I highly recommend this property, especially for solo travelers looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!
