The room was very clean, updated, and the hotel was easy to access; the staff were friendly and helpful, so I’d stay again. However, our room wasn’t made up. We returned to it around 3:30, found no maid service, and the staff were busy with check‑ins at 3:00. Even after we came back at 9:30, no maid service had arrived.

The hotel itself was fine, but the lack of response from clerks and management after my dog was attacked in the parking lot was unacceptable; the managing director never returned my call or replied to the animal control officer, and the dog owner left. Parking lot surveillance could have identified the license plate, yet our request was ignored. I will never stay at Red Lion again; it’s not safe for me or my dog.
