How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place is close to all the activities, but it was filthy, smelled like stale cigarettes, and the staff barely spoke English, coming across as rude and unhelpful. The TV was broken and it took them 2 hours to fix it, and the bonfire on the property was so loud it kept us up until late at night. Should I go there again?

It was quiet and peaceful, but the heater didn’t work, no one was in the office, clean towels never arrived, mice were in the room, and the janitor didn’t speak or read English.

The beds were comfortable, but when we arrived there was a bee nest in front of the room; we had to get them sprayed, and there were cockroaches in the room.

The location is nice, but we had to change rooms twice; the third room was okay. The first room had dead bees on the windowsill and live bees on the ceiling, the second had dead bees on the windowsill, mouse droppings on the bed, and a live bee in the blanket. The third room had a few dead bees, so we stayed there as long as we could and left a day early.
