Quiet comfortable. The heating/cooling unit would not let me control the temperature. It was either full blast AC or nothing. I had to cut power on it to get it to shut off. When the door opened the deadbolt lock would be stuck in locked position. It took a couple try’s to get it to shut I was unable to get the bathtub drain stop to work correctly so water would not hold in bathtub

The staff were very friendly, but the room was only cleaned once every four days. Towels never arrived, trash was never taken out, coffee cups weren’t refilled, there was no plug for the bathtub, and toilet paper ran out. I had to go to the front desk for missing items daily, and the room was not the one shown on the website.
