“Сотрудники отеля сделали всё, чтобы наш отдых был незабываемым!”
The place has a wonderful location, excellent service, daily room cleaning and towel replacements. I would have liked a more varied breakfast selection.

The hotel is fantastic, with several small two‑storey buildings, rooms, and bungalows that feel authentically Thai. The cozy grounds feature a green garden, a small but deep pool with running water and a nearby shower, lounge chairs, and beautiful Thai‑style statues and decorations. The restaurant offers live music. From the moment we arrived, our documents were already processed and rooms ready. The staff were very friendly, and cleaning plus towel changes happen daily. The hotel is a bit worn and not new, but the Thai vibe was appealing. No major renovations have occurred, yet they keep the place clean and orderly. We stayed in April for a very reasonable price and were pleasantly surprised by the quality. The location is ideal: 5 minutes on foot to Karon beach, 5 minutes to the center and Walking Street, and 7 minutes to Kata beach, though Kata is very crowded.

The location was okay, and I’ve been in the area since 2009. The problems began at check‑in: I had already paid at the desk before realizing what I’d actually paid for. I asked for a refund and to check out, but they refused, claiming it was a Booking issue and that they had misdescribed the hotel. I told them I’d stop the payment through the bank, and the receptionist threatened police if I did. The marketing material we bought from Booking was unrecognizable, and we couldn’t use the pools described in the sales material. Only one pool was usable, and it was cleaned only three times in 23 days. Tiles were missing on large areas of the pools, a problem I had reported during the stay. I created a Booking ticket and sent documentation; I also contacted Booking multiple times during the stay with no help. The access conditions were not suitable for older people, which was never mentioned. In 23 days we stayed, the shower cabin was never cleaned. Breakfast was terrible: the three warm dishes were left uncovered, attracting flies and birds; we couldn’t get a simple glass of juice, and the yogurt was uncooled with flies on it. I discussed all of this with the hotel and Booking from day one, photographed everything, and shared the photos with other nearby hotels, all of whom were shocked by the hotel’s condition. I will take this complaint to the Travel Board and address Booking’s conduct.

The hotel is great value for its price, with a superb location between Kata and Karon. It feels green and separate from the hustle, yet still central. It’s convenient to walk to the beach and the food market.

The location is fine. Cleaning was very poor. There were ants in the room, maintenance had not been performed for many years, mold in the bathroom and kitchen, loose tiles in the bathroom, and issues with the walkways and pool.
