The owner of this place is really nice and friendly, which is a big plus. However, the reception staff were a bit of a letdown, with one of them having a pretty bad attitude. The cleanliness of the place was also a bit of a concern, but if you're not too fussy, you might be okay.

The location of this place is okay, I guess, especially if you're young and looking for a lively atmosphere. But the staff were completely unfriendly and unhelpful, which made our stay really difficult. The rooms are tiny and cramped, and the noise from the street and other guests was relentless. To top it all off, the price was way too high for what you get, and you can only pay in cash, which is a real hassle.

The location of this place is actually pretty good, which is a plus. However, the room was a disaster - it was dirty, the staff were unfriendly, and the bed was like sleeping on a rock. We even found hair and toothpaste in the bathroom, which was just gross. And to top it all off, the carpet was the wrong color, which just added to the overall feeling of neglect.

I was really impressed with the manager's flexibility when I called to cancel my booking. She let me off the hook without any penalty, which was a huge relief. Unfortunately, the room they offered me was right behind the front desk in the lobby, and it was basically impossible to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise from the street and the lobby activity. It was a shame, because the location was actually pretty decent.

This place is a real gem - the value for the price is unbeatable. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the rooms are cozy and spotless, and the staff are friendly and happy to help. I've stayed in some great hotels in Vietnam and SE Asia, but this one really stands out. The bathroom was a lovely touch too.
