The hotel is an 8-minute walk from the Pompidou Centre, 1.5 km from Notre Dame Cathedral, and 1.7 km from the Louvre Museum and Sainte-Chapelle. Rooms feature private bathrooms with walk-in showers, free WiFi, work desks, and soundproofing. A patio, luggage storage, and private check-in/check-out are also available.

Yes, the neighborhood is ideal, close to the metro and streets with a boho‑chic vibe. Quiet, though there is some activity on the adjacent streets. Clean and dust‑free. They changed our room every day. Convenient online check‑in for entry and exit. Very small, though. No door in the bathroom or shower. Fourth floor without an elevator, just a very narrow spiral staircase. Not pleasant after a long day walking around Paris. We had an incident with the hot water, but they fixed it the same day.

Very good location and the ability to leave luggage on site. The level of dirt is unacceptable, the property is in very bad condition. The room was dirty, dusty, and moldy on all shower joints and walls. The lack of cleaning also affected the bathrooms, showers, and common areas. The toilets had no door or partition. The common areas were cluttered with dirty laundry bags, and the luggage lockers were damp and downright moldy. Communication failed: no information to prepare for arrival and no response to messages. We had to contact a mobile number for the necessary details. The price asked is totally disproportionate to the state of the place and the service. The good location does not compensate for such lack of maintenance and cleanliness.
