I was very impressed by the amazing staff that went above and beyond to be helpful - including reaching out to their own contacts to help me organise my transfer back to Windhoek. The Onguma guides are extremely knowledgeable, I did 4 different drives with them across both Etosha and the Onguma reserve and learned fascinating facts about the wildlife each time. The waterhole by the swimming pool is also a great feature, watching oryx, zebra and kudu while lounging by the pool. There were also many smaller actions to make the stay welcoming, such as a great turndown service with installation of the mosquito net, candles in the bathroom and a different animal-themed bedtime story each evening

Un coup de coeur Chambre adorable et personnel au top Repas délicieux Safari (non inclus) qui était la raison de notre séjour dans ce camp vraiment très chouette avec un super guide. Nous avons partagé une chambre familiale à 4 personnes et l'eau chaude a manqué, même en faisant très attention Difficile par ailleurs de régler la température de l'eau de la douche Le prix est quand même très élevé
