I enjoyed some aspects of my stay, such as the lovely small room and the good breakfast. However, I was disappointed with the limited parking options in front of the hotel.

I found the hotel to be a great value, conveniently located near shops and hiking trails.

The bed was extremely comfortable, which was a highlight of my stay. Unfortunately, the welcome upon arrival was underwhelming, and I felt like I wasn't expected. The bathroom was also disappointingly small, and the room was very cold. To top it off, the TV didn't work well, and I had to pay extra for parking, which added to my frustration.

The hotel was able to accommodate my last-minute booking, which was a lifesaver. However, I was disappointed with the value for money, as the price was too high considering the quality of the hotel. The equipment was neither comfortable nor secure, and the room had poor insulation and an unpleasant odor.

I stumbled upon this gem in the heart of Aix les Bains and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel was spotless and had undergone a lovely renovation. The breakfast was a highlight, and I appreciated the warm welcome. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.
