I was thrilled from the start; the staff were incredibly helpful, even messaging us before check‑in to see when we'd arrive and if we needed anything, the terrace breakfast offered a beautiful view of the town and mountains, everything tasted great and was served quickly, the room was huge with two king‑size beds and the AC worked perfectly, the staff shared a list of nearby attractions that helped us create a detailed walking route through the medinas and surrounding areas, thanks for the excellent service!

The staff were helpful and came to our aid without hesitation, and there was nothing negative to mention.

The staff were warm and helpful, and when a food delivery didn’t arrive they called to investigate; the room was roomy and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and freshly made, the only missing item was a bath mat, otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel is distinctive, clean, and close to the old town, and I appreciate the courteous welcome and assistance from the brothers Mohammed and Othman, with no negatives.
