The area was great; directly opposite the accommodation there's a McDonald’s and bus stops that take you straight to San Pietro, plus grocery stores and bars nearby. The room’s cleanliness was not up to standard.

The room was very comfortable, clean and cool. The fridge and minibar weren’t working, and there was noise from the toilet, but otherwise it was good.

The location was perfect, just 2 minutes from a McDonald’s and 5 minutes from a Popeye. Room service was done daily and the staff was very friendly. The double bed wasn’t a single bed; it was two single beds pushed together, which made it hard to separate at night. The rooms didn’t match the photos exactly, and finding the reception entrance was difficult at first.

The experience was horrible: a dusty bed infested with bed bugs, a dusty air conditioner, and no basic items like shampoo or a water glass were provided. For about 100 euros per night this felt like a robbery. When I checked out early and asked for a partial refund for the remaining nights, the owner refused to return the money.

The staff woke me up at 8 a.m. and even entered the room, despite me telling him several times that I wanted the cleaning later or not at all. He didn’t speak the language. At the reception there was nobody; I approached the hotel and a smoker outside answered, eventually opening the door but we still had to wait another 10 minutes. I was charged an extra €36, and because I had no cash an additional €4 commission was added, bringing the total to €40, with no official explanation for the €4. Soundproofing was practically nonexistent – I could hear everything, even the chair moving at the reception, and the neighbors were noisy so we couldn’t sleep. The room’s cleanliness was poor; mold appeared in the shower because the bathroom had no ventilation, and the toilet area looked like a horror movie, though the rest of the room was relatively normal. The only redeeming feature was the terrace, which I never used because the view was just an ugly building directly in front of it.
