“Czysto i przyjemnie”
The place was clean, check‑in was quick, communication with the staff was very good, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff at breakfast were very friendly. The soundproofing was poor—at night someone was partying in the corridor and I couldn’t sleep, and there’s a specific sewage smell that you can feel in many parts of the city.
The room was nice, with a modern look and feel, and the staff were friendly; the door in our first room didn’t close correctly, but the staff were very helpful and gave us a different, better room. The fitness room was okay, and although we didn’t use the wellness facilities, they looked good. The canalisation smell in front of the hotel and in the corridors was horrible and sometimes even entered the room despite us keeping the windows shut.
Everything was fine. Clean, fragrant. The breakfast was excellent.
There was a lack of information. No reception. We didn’t know where breakfast was held or where the wellness area was, and we couldn’t find it. Eating after 9 pm in the hotel was impossible and there were no vending machines. We had to order dinner through foodora.cz.
