The place was convenient and we had a room, but the staff lacked customer service skills and made us feel like a burden. Parking was terrible with limited spaces, which was a problem for my wife who is disabled; there simply weren't enough spots. The worst part was a work truck parked in a disabled spot, and when I told the desk, they were casual about it.

The beds are big, close to Mustang Island and a lively beach, but the rusted carpet gave off a bad smell. The breakfast area was too small, most items were out of stock, and it feels more like a motel than a hotel—definitely not worth the money.
