The location and kitchen were good. The room lacked a bidet, and they charged me €2.5 for water from the fountain during dinner even though my booking included breakfast and dinner. I thought tap water was included, but they only billed me for the second dinner, probably a mistake.

The spot is perfect for hikes in the Catinaccio and Alpe di Tires, a very quiet place amid greenery, with free parking available. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Friendly owners and staff, a very cozy room with comfortable beds and a nice shower, and a pool, spa, and game room all included; the optional dinner was great value and the buffet breakfast was excellent, plus the hiking trail is close by, but there are no shops within walking distance.
