The house was beautiful and well maintained, the room was wonderful, the bed was very comfortable, and the massage shower was heavenly; the coffee machine and all the goodies in the coffee house/sitting room were fabulous, and the mid‑afternoon wine and snacks were very tasty; nothing.

The owners have covered every detail to make guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and indulged; whether you’re sleeping, eating, or unwinding inside or outside, there were cozy spots, soaking tubs, treats, drinks, activities, and the temptation to just relax. It was ideal for our rest‑and‑relax escape, with a bit of local exploration, though we had to head home afterward.

“Enjoyed our stay immensely, wish it was longer, so I can enjoy the jetted bathtub every day!”

The breakfast was solid, especially the grits and biscuits with jam. The spot was convenient, letting us stroll into town and spot various sights. It turned into a pleasant weekend getaway for us. Thanks for your hospitality. On the downside, nothing needed fixing or improvement, but I especially loved your chocolate chip cookies; it would have been nice to have them in the room for free. Overall, everything else was gorgeous and I didn’t want to leave.

“At check-in, I was told that our bed Lenin would be charged every day. When in fact, our bed sheets weren’t changed at”

The historic house itself was charming, but the rest of the property was also nice.
