The hotel is small, the food is very good, and there are themed dinners and a variety of baked goods. The staff speak Russian, are attentive and friendly. The location is good, close to the city and Old Sidi, and there is a transfer to the beach. For a five‑star hotel, the public restrooms should have disposable toilet seat covers. The towel service is timed, which is inconvenient. At lunch there is almost no soup, and we couldn’t get any—some people don’t need it, but we did, and there’s nothing simpler than boiling broth and leaving the vegetables. The road near the hotel is noisy with cars.

A wonderful, modern, stylish hotel with an abundance of food and excellent service. The grounds are well maintained, everything is new, and their five‑star status is well earned. It’s a bit far from the sea, but shuttles run regularly.
