This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. There are loads of activities, everyone is welcoming and helpful, and it’s definitely my home base whenever I travel to the Philippines. I liked everything here and have nothing negative to mention.

There are plenty of kid‑friendly amenities, several pools, and the staff are friendly. The only downside was some nighttime noise from the surrounding area.

Our daughter adored the playroom with the rock‑climbing wall and the outdoor playground, and we all enjoyed walking across the spacious lawns and gardens. The swimming pools were a hit. The bicycles were in bad shape—many had flat tires, loose screws, and one even fell off while my child was riding. We especially loved the outdoor movie with a bonfire and free popcorn. The food was excellent and the staff helpful. A special shout‑out to the male staff member who ran over with a first‑aid kit when our daughter had a bike accident; we’re grateful for his quick action, though I didn’t catch his name. Thanks also to the front desk for letting us check in early. The only issue was a group of baseball players smoking right next to the playground; we didn’t want our child inhaling cigarette smoke, so we had to wait until they left, which caused a delay. I expected a buffet breakfast on the weekend based on social media reviews, but we were only offered plated breakfast—still decent, though. The room was lovely, but the bathroom was tiny and the shower filter needed replacement because it was turning black; we ended up using the rain shower instead.
