The highlight was the host Heather, who was very lovely, welcoming, and helpful, offering solid recommendations and a tasty breakfast. The property has back‑parking and a shared fridge for your stuff, and the room was large with a comfortable bed and private bathroom. It’s a 15 minute drive to Zion park, and the early grab‑and‑go breakfast lets you beat the crowds at the parking lot. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only note: the rooms are on the second floor, so be ready to carry luggage up the stairs.

I was blown away by the hosts’ special attention and their incredible help with everything, from restaurant suggestions to gear rentals, parking, scenic routes, and even a local mechanic. They asked about my food preferences before I arrived and delivered delicious options. I came as a guest and left as friends. The room I booked offered a magnificent view of beautiful mountains from the backyard and a different red mountain from a side window. The space is tastefully staged and functional, and the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. The common areas were just as relaxing. The location is perfect for entering the park and for nearby restaurants and shopping, yet far enough from the busy tourist spots to unwind after a full day of exploring during the high season. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return when I travel in the area again! ❤️

A lovely house with friendly hosts and tasty breakfast. They were super‑helpful with tips on where to go, when to go, and how to get there regarding the park and Springdale. Nothing negative.

Very convenient to the main Zion entrance and restaurants. Heather, the proprietor, organized a great trip plan that was invaluable. The only downside was that the parking lot was a bit tight.
