The room was quite clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, our first room had been used before; someone had crawled back into the bed and used a bathroom towel. When I called the front desk, there were no apologies or “I am so sorry.” More training is needed.

The breakfast was tasty, the bed was comfortable, but the toilet seat wasn’t securely fastened on one side and the room lighting was below expectations; grab bars in the tub/shower should be fixed to the toilet seat.
