The room was spacious and quiet, with a comfortable bed. The staff were very courteous, always present and ready to help if needed. Breakfast was good, and the hot water worked well. The only downside was that in winter the room wasn’t heated, which we didn’t mind but should be noted.

My stay at Hostal Belen was PERFECT! The infrastructure and location were excellent. Franchesca, the host, was fantastic—she helped organize tours (people, talk to her before booking agencies because she has a great network that can arrange tours at attractive prices) and assisted with daily matters. The hostel is great, the people are even better, and the breakfast is superb. Highly recommended! The only improvement would be a water dispenser in the kitchen for potable water.
