The room size and cleanliness were spot‑on, and parking right in front of the building worked well. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, fulfilling every request quickly. The food was tasty, the buffet breakfast offered a generous selection, and dinner was perfectly suitable. Service was fast and polite. In the room we could heat with the air‑conditioning, towels were automatically replaced, and cleaning could be requested daily. Everything was fine on our end. In the wellness area the pools were impeccably clean. The only downside was that the jacuzzi and pool temperature could have been warmer, so we spent little time in the water, and the Finnish sauna could have been a touch hotter… That’s why I give 9 points.

The accommodation is great, the wellness offers good value for money, and the breakfast has a wonderful variety from pastries to fillings. I’m not criticizing, just giving advice ❤️ The pools could be a few degrees warmer, and the fried cheese should be a store‑bought version or, if it’s store‑bought, it would be much better quality. That’s just my opinion.
