I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff showed no respect for customers.

The location was great and the staff were very kind, but the shower was only a curtain, making it hard to avoid soaking the floor, even though the bathroom was clean and roomy.

Hotel Ariston sits in a perfect spot, just a short stroll to Termini station, and you can walk to most main sights if you like. The staff were friendly and helpful all the way through, and the breakfast offered at the hotel is good value and a nice way to start the day. All in all, a very pleasant stay that I would recommend.

The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly with excellent customer service; rooms were clean and the internet worked well. However, the towel hooks were too high to reach and the bathroom mirror was also positioned too high.
